Free Baby Triceratops Dinosaur Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

I designed these standing triceratops a few years ago and also enjoyed making them in lots of different colours. The pattern starts with the legs then the arms are crochet on and mane is crochet onto the head.

These cute little dinosaurs can be made in any colours you have spare, they don’t take too long to make and your little ones will love them.

Assembly

Pull spare yarn through to where eyes are going to be and put a few stitches in to draw the area in slightly.

Sew the eyes where it is drawn in and if sewing eyes, do about 8 stitches in black repeat for the other side. Then using white do a dot in the centre of each eye. If wanting eye lashes use black cotton doubled, make three eye lashes on each eye, sew a spot on the back centre of head.

Pin head in place and sew when happy, ensuring that you add more stuffing before the last few stitches so the neck is firm.

Pin tail and sew in place.

Sew spots and horns in place, sewing through the front then the back of horns.
