Assembly

Sew the wings onto the body. Sew the beak in the centre of the head and the eyes to each side of the beak.

Ears

Cut 8 of 4 inch strands of yarn.

Fold the strands of yarn in half and pull the center part through a stitch so its about an inch through forming a loop, then pull the tail ends of yarn through the loop and tighten, trim to size.

 Feet

Skip 5 stitches from the bottom right, insert hook and join yarn *ch10, sc in second ch from hook and next 8, slst to where started, slst into next stitch*, repeat twice more and fasten off.

Fold over and sew the ends of each to the back to form loops, a stick can then be inserted through if you like.

Skip 4 stitches and repeat for the second foot, then slot a small stick through both feet.
