Pattern notes and photos

  • The sweater can be made without a ruffle by not crocheting into the back loops on round 4.

  • The rib edging for the bottom, cuffs and collar will be around 1”

  • The first few rounds of the yoke have [2 dc, ch1, 2 dc] then it will reduce to [1 dc, ch1, 1 dc]

  • When working the yoke the first stitch after the corner is difficult to see. Also some of the stitches before joining are difficult to see from the slst of the last round.

  • When working the stitch for the body, the cluster of [sc, 2 dc] is worked in the sc from the previous round. But at the start of the round it is [ch1, 2 dc] then slst to the ch1

  • There will be a slight visible seam. If using multiple colours then this can be avoided by joining in new colours in a different cluster each time.
