DO YOU HAVE YOUR PATTERNS TESTED?

Yes ALL of my patterns are tested by a team of testers to check for accuracy, clarity and ease of use. Although every effort is made to ensure the patterns are correct, sometimes the occasional error can be missed, please reach out if you suspect something is off and I will check.

CAN I SELL FINISHED ITEMS MADE FROM YOUR PATTERNS?

Yes you can sell your finished makes, please credit me @babycrochetdesigns including a link where possible.

Mass production or commercial manufacturing of my designs is prohibited.

DO YOU OFFER PATTERN SUPPORT?

CAN I SHARE YOUR PATTERNS WITH OTHER PEOPLE?

NO

Patterns may not be shared, copied, forwarded, rewritten, resold or redistributed in any form.

This includes PDFs, screenshots, printed copies or rewritten versions.

WHY DO YOU HAVE ADS ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Ads help to cover the running costs of the website and allow me to continue offering free patterns and content.

DO YOU OFFER VIDEO TUTORIALS?

Yes I have a variety of full tutorials and shorts with tips and techniques YOUTUBE

CAN I MAKE A VIDEO OF YOUR PATTERN?

NO

My patterns are copyright protected and may not be filmed or reproduced in any tutorial form.

CAN I USE YOUR PHOTOS TO SELL MY FINISHED ITEMS?

NO

My images may not be used, copied or edited. You must use your own photos.

CAN I COPY YOUR DESIGN FROM YOUR PHOTO?

NO

Recreating my designs from images or written pattern is not permitted and is copyright infringement.

CAN I USE PART OF YOUR PATTERN TO CREATE MY OWN DESIGN?

NO

My patterns are copyright protected and you may not use any part for creating new designs.

If you want to write your own crochet patterns you need to be able to do this from scratch without looking at other patterns.

DOWNLOADS & LOST FILES

If you lose access to purchased patterns they can usually be re downloaded through the original platform where they were purchased (Ravelry, lovecrafts, Etsy etc.)

It is the customers responsibility to download and safely store their files after purchase.

AI, SCRAPING & REUSE OF CONTENT

My patterns, text and images may not be used for AI training, scraping, reproduction or automated content generation.
