With 4mm hook
Join Yarn at the bottom left and ch1, dc in same, dc up to the collar. Fasten off.
Join yarn at the top right, ch1, dc in same and dc back down to the bottom.
Fasten off make sure your buttons fit through the dc, then sew your buttons evenly down the left side and sew in all the ends.
