Adult Grandpa Cardigan
This shawl collar cardigan is made from the top down using a simple half double crochet stitch. Then joining to make the sleeves and edging in a single crochet rib. It is quick and easy to work up. Pictured with the child's version sold separately.

Aran / weight 4 yarn I used Women’s Institute Soft and Smooth Tweed Yarn (600 metres per 400g)
5 and 4.5 mm crochet hooks
5-8 x 20-25 mm buttons
GAUGE
With 5mm hook
14 hdc x 9 rows = 4” x 4”
