This ribbed jumper is worked from the left sleeve to right sleeve in one piece then it is folded in half and the side and sleeves are seamed. It works up fairly quickly. Each size is written separately to make it simple to follow.
The dinosaur applique is from the pick and mix squares, free on my website, I also made the video for it, link in the pdf.

3.5 and 4mm crochet hooks

In blo 20 hdc X 11 rows = 4”
Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the gauge.
