Meadow Pinafore Dress

This cute ribbed pinafore dress is made with two panels then joining together down the sides. Using a simple single crochet, half double crochet and puff stitch in the back loops which creates a lovely texture.

Preemie to 10 years (see chart)

MATERIALS
I used Hobbii Acacia 59% Acrylic 49% Cotton (250 metres per 100g) (see the chart for yarn amounts)
4mm crochet hook
2 x 18mm buttons for the straps.
Stitch markers. Scissors. Tape measure

With a 4mm hook chain 19
Row 1: sc in the 2nd chain from hook, sc 17. (18) Turn
Row 2: (in blo) ch1, hdc all. (18) Turn
Row 3: (in blo) ch1, sc all. (18) Turn
Row 4: (in blo) ch1, ps, sc x 9. (18) Turn
Row 5: (in blo) ch1, sc all. (18) Turn

Repeat rows 2-5 until 14 rows have been worked

18 stitches in blo x 14 Rows of pattern = 4” x 4”
