This cardigan is made with two hexagons. It comes in sizes from baby to adult. My example was made using 4 ply / weight 2 yarn but this cardigan can be made with any weight yarn and hook as it is made to measure.

3.5 and 4mm crochet hooks or hook preferred for your choice of yarn
3-5 x 15-24mm buttons (if you want to use)

Gauge is not necessary as it is made to measure but this is what I got when making mine.
With a 4mm hook
18 dc x 8 rows = 4” x 4”
The pattern is also available for free on my website.
The PDF is 17 pages with a handy size chart and plenty of progress photos
