Spring Time C2C Blanket

£5.50

This blanket has 16 spring themed corner to corner blocks. I have included instructions on how to start double crochet corner to corner. Change colours, follow the charts, progress photos and some videos.

SKILL LEVEL
Intermediate

WRITTEN IN ENGLISH US CROCHET TERMS WITH ABBREVIATIONS FOR UK

MATERIALS
DK / Weight 3 yarn. I used a Yarnsmiths Create DK 290 metres per 100g. (I used Yellow amber Yarnsmiths pebble haze for the chick wing, as the yellow I ordered didn’t show up enough. Each completed block will use approx 85 meters (approx 60 meters of main colour).

The yarn colours and ball amounts are listed in the photos. (Small amounts of quite a few of the colours are needed, so it might be good to use up stash rather than buy another ball)

OTHER MATERIALS
4mm crochet hook
Stitch markers
Needle
Scissors

The below gauge is approximate and will vary on your yarn, hook and tension.

GAUGE
DC C2C
Using a 4mm hook
6 x 6 blocks = 3.5” x 3.5”
Each block will measure approximately 9” x 9.5” making the blanket before the border approximately 40” wide and 42” long.

The PDF is 15 pages with plenty of photos, 16 C2C charts and links to videos for all of the techniques used.

This pattern is also available on Ravelry Etsy and Lovecrafts
